I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a lovely large balcony with a side view of Santa Barbara castle, and it was spacious with a table and four chairs. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly helpful, providing the best service I've ever experienced, especially the gentleman with glasses and a beard who was always there to assist. The location couldn't have been better; close to key transport stations, shops, and dining spots. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of delicious food available. However, the noise from the loading bay opposite the hotel was a bit disruptive at night.
